Our annual conference is the largest FTZ-related event in the United States. Past in-person events have attracted over 500 attendees representing more than 300 different companies, we estimate attendance in 2025 to be similar. *Reception admission is included in one's NAFTZ Annual registration. Additional guest tickets (for those not attending the conference) can be purchased for a fee = Sunday Reception ONLY ($50 per guest); Monday Reception ONLY ($50 per guest) and Tuesday Reception ONLY ($100 per guest) or all three receptions ($200 per guest ticket). One may register themselves and their guests by selecting the register button.

NAFTZ is proud to partner with local Kansas City charity: Operation Breakthrough known as an organization that provides a safe, nurturing, educational, and loving environment for children in poverty and empowers their families through advocacy, emergency aid and education. Sunday offers an optional activity for attendees (in addition to the Annual Conf. Monday 6am 5k) to support this charity by organizing donations and supporting the local facility on Sunday Sept. 14, 11:30am-2:00pm. NAFTZ been alerted to recent scam emails claiming to sell the NAFTZ Annual Conference attendee list. Please be aware we do not sell our attendee list to anyone. These messages are fraudulent, and we encourage you to delete and report them immediately.
However, qualified sponsors/exhibitors do receive exclusive access to our attendee list 30 days before the event with opportunity to email up to once per sponsor.

The NAFTZ 2025 Annual Conference is SOLD OUT
EVENT & REGISTRATION POLICIES
Attendees MUST hold a current NAFTZ membership in good standing to access the member rate. Registration and full payment must be received prior to the live event. All fees must be paid to be granted event entrance.
All early registration attendees must pay by the date of early bird deadline (8/4/25) to receive the discount rate (if not paid by this date the rate increases). All post-early registration rate attendees must pay 2 weeks prior to the event start date (only exception are non-members and those registering on-site who must pay in full at the time of registration). If not paid by this date additional fees may apply.
Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by NAFTZ by August 4, 2025. Cancellations received by NAFTZ between August 5 & August 13, 2025 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future NAFTZ event. Cancellations received after August 13, 2025 will be responsible for the full registration fee amount due to the NAFTZ and no future meeting credits will be issued.
Invite your family, friends, and guests! A special guest registration is available for $50 for the Sunday and Monday evening reception. The Tuesday night reception is priced at $100 per guest. Admission to receptions is included in your conference registration fee making those not attending the conference eligible at the guest rate.
