Danielle Converse
Danielle Converse has served as the the Foreign Trade Zone Manager at the Port of Corpus Christi since 2019. She graduated from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Science, and has more than 20 years’ experience with federal, state, and local regulations.
Danielle has been an active member of NAFTZ since joining in 2019, serving on the Grantee, Operator and Advocacy Committees, as well as on the Social Media and Sponsorship Taskforces. She is currently serving as Chair of the Advocacy Committee's Awareness Working Group. Danielle has been instrumental in the formation of the Texas Association of Foreign Trade Zones, where she serves as the Secretary of the organization. Her excellent working relationships with FTZ operators and local U.S. Customs officials have ensured the successful implementation and continuation of the Foreign-Trade Zones program in the Texas Coastal Bend.

Sean Lydon
Sean is President of ISCM, a Washington, D.C. consulting firm dedicated to the unique challenges of organizations with international supply chains. With over 25 years of government compliance experience, and a former zone operator himself, Sean and his firm have helped companies and government organizations set up and operate successful Foreign-Trade Zone projects across the United States. He regularly speaks on issues involving international trade and was invited by CBP to serve on the COAC Working Group rewriting the Customs regulations governing Foreign-Trade Zones. Sean currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones.

Diana Urelius
Diana Urelius has 25 years of diverse international trade experience. Ms. Urelius has developed and implemented successful trade compliance programs resulting in tens of millions of dollars in savings for her current employer. She is responsible for leading and designing Trade Compliance activities for Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas Inc., a global material handling equipment manufacturer, and its group companies. Ms. Urelius is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker, Accredited Zones Specialist and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
Diana received her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. She studied international law at the Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid, Spain.
Ms. Urelius was recently appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve as a member of the Houston District Export Council and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Houston Committee on Foreign Relations. She is a member of the National Association of Manufacturers and served as the 2023 Chair of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones (NAFTZ) Accreditation Committee and serves on the Manufacturing Advocacy Committee. She is a frequent speaker on international trade topics.
