This session will cover the latest developments and opportunities. This includes:

- Explore what constitutes, & post admission corrections
Featured Speaker(s): Jennifer Mancinelli, PUMA North America, Inc. & Brandi Stoddard, will highlight key steps to compliance and best practices. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

Jennifer Mancinelli is Director of Logistics Customs Compliance at Puma North America, where she is responsible for the compliant operation of their FTZ program as well as all imports into the US and Canada. She also oversees their duty drawback program. Jennifer has been with Puma for 13 years and has been instrumental in the launch and growth of their FTZ’s. Previous to working in the apparel and footwear industry, she was an import / export manager for a frozen seafood company for 15 years. She holds a B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and is a Licensed Customs Broker.
Brandi Stoddard is a FTZ Consultant with Copper Hill and provides strategic compliance leadership to team members and is responsible for overseeing foreign-trade zone consulting projects with the goals of achieving excellence in the areas of compliance and operational efficiency. Brandi has broad experience with every aspect of the FTZ program including FTZ Board application activities, CBP Activation projects, FTZ Software Implementations and FTZ manufacturing and distribution operations amongst many types of industries. Brandi formerly served as a senior consultant and project manager prior to her joining the Copper Hill team. She stays up to date on CBP regulatory changes in the foreign-trade zone and trade industry and strives to maintain excellence in client relations.

The National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones (NAFTZ) is registered with the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America, Inc. (NCBFAA) as a sponsor for continuing education. NCBFAA has final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CCS/LCB credit. Any credit requests must be received immediately following the LIVE event with any requests received after this timeframe subject to NCBFAA review process. Please note that there are no prerequisites or advance preparations required to attend this seminar.

All individuals must have an NAFTZ membership to receive the NAFTZ member rate, if a substitute is requested, the substitute must have a current NAFTZ membership in order to make such a transfer. If the requested transfer is for a non-member, one would have the option to add an additional membership in order to receive the member rate or pay difference between the paid member and invoiced non-member rate.
