Gulf-to-Global Energy Forum

Tuesday, March 17, 2026 (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM) (CDT)

Description

We’re back—broader in scope and built for today’s trade environment.

March 17 | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Phillips 66 Corporate Headquarters | Houston, Texas

The energy sector doesn’t stand still—and neither do customs policy, trade enforcement, or supply-chain strategy.  The Gulf to Global Energy Forum reconvenes the region’s leading energy, petroleum, and trade professionals to address the realities shaping today’s operating environment.

This revitalized forum builds on the legacy of the former Gulf Coast Forum, expanding its focus to reflect the global forces influencing energy production, imports, exports, and compliance strategy across the Gulf region and across the country.

Why Attend?

Participants will explore:

  • Trade and customs developments affecting the energy sector
  • Regulatory and policy shifts impacting petroleum and petrochemical trade and energy
  • Supply-chain risk management in a dynamic geopolitical landscape
  • FTZ operational and compliance considerations
  • Practical strategies from operators, advisors, and port stakeholders

If your work touches energy, petroleum, petrochemicals, trade compliance, or customs strategy - this conversation is for you.

Organizational Support

The forum is organized by industry leaders with administrative support from:

  • National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones
  • Texas Association of Foreign-Trade Zones

NAFTZ’s role is to provide backend infrastructure—membership roster management and coordinated communications—so the participants and volunteers can focus on substance and supporting the energy-trade ecosystem.
