SPEAKER(s)

Penny Chen is the CEO of Pax. She holds a PhD from MIT and was previously a research scientist at Amazon and Flexport, where she built AI algorithms for large scale supply chain and trade compliance problems. At Pax, she leads the development of AI-powered software for foreign-trade zones, duty drawback, and broader trade compliance. She also advises organizations on adopting AI thoughtfully and responsibly in regulated environments.
