Description
The NAFTZ Legislative Summit invites federal government officials, policy makers and industry leaders from the foreign-trade zone community to address attendees at this Washington D.C. annual popular event. The Legislative Summit also includes legislative briefings and advocacy topics from multiple agencies and inside-the-beltway experts to equip members of the FTZ community with the information they need for 2024 advocacy efforts.

The 2024 program will be released closer to the event date. Traditionally the first day event is held from 8 am -7 pm for the NAFTZ Legislative Seminar. Then Congressional visits are conducted the following day.
EARN EDUCATIONAL CREDITS
NAFTZ will undergo the application process closer to the event to offer CCS/CES credit. Attendance can be applied towards certification or recertification of your Accredited Zones Specialist (AZS) or Certified Zones Specialist (CZS) designation.

*NAFTZ Membership must be confirmed by NAFTZ to be eligible for discounts. If the current NAFTZ member is not attending the event, a substitute from the same company may be provided. For such a substitution, please email vcartwright@naftz.org.
PAYMENT
All early bird attendees must pay by the date of early bird deadline (1/10/24) to receive the discount rate (if not paid by this date the rate increases). All post-early bird rate attendees must pay 2 weeks prior to the event start date (only exceptions are non-members and those registering on-site who must pay in full at the time of registration). If not paid by this date additional fees apply.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by NAFTZ by January 10, 2024. Cancellations received by the NAFTZ between January 11 & January 19, 2024 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future 2024 NAFTZ Meeting. Cancellations received after January 19 will be responsible for the full registration fee amount due to the NAFTZ and no meeting credits will be issued.
