Eric Berry is the Director of Consulting Services at Copper Hill, where he oversees a variety of programs, applying his extensive knowledge of program management and a strategic approach to lead and nurture his team. A Licensed Customs Broker, he specializes in foreign-trade zone consulting, aiming for excellence in compliance and operational efficiency. His expertise includes conducting foreign-trade zone feasibility analyses, compliance audits, prior disclosures, creating and refining procedure manuals, managing FTZ activation and CBP security surveys, and overseeing other zone-related studies and project management. Additionally, he manages the daily operations of foreign-trade zones, handling FTZ admissions, transfers, adjustments, and shipments, along with systems reviews, reconciliation, and resolving issues. Besides being a Licensed Customs Broker, Eric is an Accredited Zone Specialist, an active member of the NAFTZ, and presently the Treasurer on the NAFTZ Board of Directors.


Morgan Sullens is a Customs Compliance and Foreign Trade Zone Analyst for Kubota North America located in Gainesville and Jefferson, Georgia. She graduated from Young Harris College with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Morgan started at Kubota four years ago and currently operates one of the largest subzones in the state of Georgia. Subzone 26P encompasses 11 production lines across seven factories producing 120,000 units annually of lawn and farm tractors, professional turf mowers, skid steer loaders, and four-wheel utility vehicles.  Her favorite pastimes include baking and photography.
