If cancellation is made within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival, the one (1) day deposit will be retained as a cancellation. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit. CANCELLATION/ REFUNDS
Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by NAFTZ by Dec. 19, 2025. Cancellations received by the NAFTZ between December 20 & December 26, 2025 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future NAFTZ event. Meeting. Cancellations received after Dec. 26 will be responsible for the full registration fee amount due to the NAFTZ and no meeting credits will be issued.
