This course provides all of the content needed to prepare for the Certified Zone Specialist certification offered in partnership with the NEI at the National Custom Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association (NCBFAA). CANCELLATION/ REFUNDS
Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by NAFTZ by Feb. 28, 2026. Cancellations received by the NAFTZ between March 1 & March 6, 2025 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future NAFTZ event. Meeting. Cancellations received after March 6 will be responsible for the full registration fee amount due to the NAFTZ and no meeting credits will be issued.
