NAFTZ is implementing a new process for (voting) participation at the Annual Meeting of the Members scheduled for Wednesday, September 13th at the Loews Miami Beach during the 2023 NAFTZ 50th Annual Conference. This process is being implemented to refine compliance with our bylaws regarding voting participation in the meeting for the election of Board Members and Officers. This new process makes it easy for Designated Members to assign a Proxy for their vote if they prefer. Full details were sent to Designated Members regarding the this new process.
