Featured Speaker(s): Jason Poyser, ITC-Diligence and Trey Boring, IMS Worldwide Inc., will highlight key steps to compliance and best practices. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
Jason Poyser is the Consulting Director for ITC-Diligence, a licensed Customs brokerage firm and FTZ consultant founded near Long Beach, CA with remote offices in Boise, ID and Fort Worth, TX. Since 2020, Jason directly supported clients with FTZ brokerage, drayage, and warehousing services. He developed further experience assisting ITC’s clients with Annual report filings and continues to help clients, including Grantees, navigate OFIS setup and information accuracy each year. In 2024, he gained his certificate as a Certified Zone Specialist and actively participated in two NAFTZ Advocacy Working groups. Today, he co-chairs the Zone Operations group and is responsible for all FTZ and Bonded warehouse program applications, including manufacturing and distribution zones. Additionally, Jason conducts cost/benefit analyses for prospective companies seeking program education and evaluation guidance. Jason’s passion for the FTZ program and experience continues to grow each year as he has managed the filing of several Production Notifications on client’s behalf. He seeks to further support advocacy efforts within the NAFTZ and provide educational support in the years ahead.
Mr. Trey Boring is the President of IMS Worldwide, Inc. (IMSW). He is the leader of the IMSW Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) practice and works with clients to assist them in developing and implementing systems pursuant to the activation and establishment of their FTZs. Mr. Boring has completed more than 140 FTZ projects for IMSW clients. He has prepared and revised operation/procedures manuals, security manuals and ISO procedures for clients activating and operating their Zone.
Mr. Boring’s position with IMSW makes him responsible for developing new business and consulting with clients on the systems they utilize in the operations of their FTZs. Mr. Boring has experience working with projects in regulatory compliance, manufacturing and warehouse management. He has worked with clients on their recordkeeping and inventory control systems, to ensure that those systems meet the guidelines put forth in federal regulations.
He has a Master’s of Business Administration degree, has served on the Board of two corporations, currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of a 501C3 and is a former Chairman of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones.

All individuals must have an NAFTZ membership to receive the NAFTZ member rate, if a substitute is requested, the substitute must have a current NAFTZ membership in order to make such a transfer. If the requested transfer is for a non-member, one would have the option to add an additional membership in order to receive the member rate or pay difference between the paid member and invoiced non-member rate.
