Craig Pool, as President of Foreign-Trade Zone Corporation (FTZC) has been working exclusively with FTZ's for over 35 years.  Craig led the effort to automate the 214, was involved in each drafting of the CBP FTZ manual, trained the Census Bureau at its request, as well as trained FDA, Coast Guard, DEA, and other agencies .  Craig has worked on numerous legislative efforts. Craig has led the implementations of hundreds of FTZ projects in virtually every industry.  Additionally, Craig along with Greg Jones owned and oversaw the development of SmartZone Software that is now QAD FTZ. In 2021, Craig's company was acquired by QAD Inc.  Today Craig is over FTZ solutions at QAD, Inc. with focus on assisting companies that need robust and compliant FTZ software.
