David M. Murphy is a partner resident in the New York Office. Mr. Murphy has more than thirty years’ experience in handling complex cross-border issues with respect to customs and trade.  Mr. Murphy is a licensed US Customs Broker, a Certified Customs Specialist and an Accredited Zone Specialist (through the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones).  Since 1995, he has taught a twice-yearly review course to assist individuals in preparing for the licensing examination for Customs brokers. He is a frequent speaker before various trade groups.
