Eduardo E Lozano is the CEO and President of Eduardo E Lozano & Co Inc dba EELCO with offices in Laredo, Miami and Mexico.

Eduardo opened his first FTZ warehouse in 1994 and obtain his US Customs Brokerage license in 1997. With over 33 years of experience in the customs brokerage he has contributed to the international community by teaching, mentoring, and mentoring new graduates from the university (TAMIU) and Laredo College.
