Lori St. Romain is the Director of Consulting Services for Watermark Trade.  She is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with over a decade of experience in a wide variety of customs compliance, regulatory matters, and business solutions. Her focus is on research and analytics as well as identifying solutions and potential challenges and risks before they become an issue for clients. 

She understands strategic business processes, issues, and best practices, and remains current on industry news and trends. Lori has experience with successful Section 232 and Section 301 trade remedy exclusions and rebuttals, various types of FTZ applications, technical operational manuals, and FTZ administration.  She has worked with many economic development and local government agencies coordinating sponsorship of zone projects, as well as with US Customs and Border Protection in support of client needs. She is the primary lead in conducting feasibility studies to identify costs and savings for clients interested in the FTZ program.

Lori is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and an NCBFAA Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).  She is well respected for her diplomatic and respectful approach to turning problems into practical solutions through her thorough and thoughtful approach to service.
