Alejandro Urdinola is the Vice President of Zones. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Connecticut and an associate’s degree in business administration. He joined Charter in 2011.
Since joining Charter Brokerage, Alejandro has played a pivotal role in activating and administrating over forty FTZs around the United States. His extensive expertise encompasses all facets of FTZ’s implementation, administration, and accounting, ensuring that operations are not only efficient but also compliant with FTZ laws and regulations. Adept at fostering strong relationships with clients, operators, users, logistical teams, and government officials, Alejandro is dedicated to enhancing operational effectiveness and driving innovative solutions within the trade environment.
Through his strategic leadership and keen understanding of imports, exports, bonded systems, and foreign trade zones, Alejandro successfully navigates the complex challenges of duty mitigation strategies, which are executed with the highest compliance standards in the industry.
