With over a decade of expertise in the foreign-trade zone industry, Ms. Quinn is well-versed in Customs and FTZ regulations and has hands-on experience in the implementation, operations, and day-to-day activities of FTZs in multiple industries. A Licensed Customs Broker, Certified Customs Specialist, ,Accredited Zone Specialist, and Certified Zone Specialist, Ms. Quinn holds a B.A. each in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Florida. Ms. Quinn is a member of the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones (NAFTZ), American Association of Importer and Exporters (AAEI), and National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America, Inc., (NCBFAA).
