I have over 30 years of experience in Global Trade Compliance, with deep expertise in supply chain management and international logistics. For the first 17 years of my career, I worked with several international freight forwarders and customs brokers, gaining experience in both operations and IT. Over the past 15 years, I have focused on the Global Trade Management (GTM) software industry, leading the design, development, and marketing of various GTM solutions. Currently, I serve as President MIC US and Director, Commercial Operations  – North Americas at MIC Customs Solutions, a global leader in GTM software.
