Michael D’Aoust is President and CEO of Watermark Trade. He manages and directs the overall operations of the company and is dedicated to solving business challenges for its clients. Michael’s focus is on providing leadership that maintains the professionalism and excellence of the company, its team, and its services.

He employs a results-oriented management style utilizing his twenty years of experience in US Customs processes and requirements, foreign-trade zone operations, compliance, risk management, supply chain and inventory management, business finance, project planning, and management to provide effective and useful solutions. Michael’s knowledge of the FTZ program and the broader trade and customs industry is based on his practical experience with FTZs and customs business activities. He enjoys the opportunity to share knowledge and foster relationships within the industry and has been a featured speaker for industry-wide presentations on multiple occasions, providing meaningful information and guidance.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Stetson University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida State University. He is a Licensed Customer Broker (LCB), an NCBFAA Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
