Todd Davis

About

Todd Davis is a member of Charter Brokerage and is based in Houston, Texas. Todd has provided extensive consultation to clients in Foreign-Trade Zone applications, activations, and operations in the petroleum refining and petrochemical industries. He has experience in developing automated accounting and reporting systems that have enabled clients to efficiently maximize savings in foreign-trade subzone operations and has overseen administration of numerous foreign-trade zones.

Todd is a member of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones and has spoken at several of its seminars as well as at conferences for users of foreign-trade zone inventory systems.

Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Houston Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Management. He is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker.
