Our annual conference is the largest FTZ-related event in the United States. Past in-person events have attracted over 500 attendees representing more than 300 different companies, we estimate attendance in 2025 to be similar.  Our receptions, round table discussions, and exhibit hall are an exciting way to build stronger relationships within the FTZ community!

EARN EDUCATIONAL CREDITS

NAFTZ will undergo the application process closer to the event to offer CCS/CES credit. Attendance can be applied towards certification or recertification of your Accredited Zones Specialist (AZS) or Certified Zones Specialist (CZS) designation if approved - contact mirmen@naftz.org for more information.


Exhibit

Booth space applications are accepted on a first come first served basis. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to showcase your products and services to more than 400 decision makers in the FTZ industry. By exhibiting, your company can deliver excitement with industry-changing announcements, and more!

Booths include the inclusion of one complimentary attendee registration.

2025 pricing will be released soon. For Reference a 2023 basic booth is $2000 and a premium booth is $3250. Registration and opportunity to review layout and pick your booth will be available closer to event date.Note: requests for specific booths are on a first come first served basis.

EXHIBIT SET-UP has traditionally been the following hours. 

Display set-up will begin on Sunday, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

SHOW HOURS

Monday 7am – 7pm

Tuesday, 7am – 5pm

Wednesday, 7am – 11:30am

EXHIBIT TEARDOWN 

The dismantling of displays typically begins at 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday

JOIN NAFTZ to qualify for member discounts!

Registrations for Federal Government Agencies involved in the FTZ program, non-profit educational institutions or the Media:  Contact Victoria Cartwright at vcartwright@naftz.org for registration details and special rates for Federal Agencies, Educational institutions and the media (press passes).

All registrants must have a current NAFTZ membership in good standing in their name and fees must be paid prior to the live event.

*Note by registering you agree to be listed in the event app/follow up attendee roster and remain compliant with the NAFTZ photo/video policy on our website.


EVENT & REGISTRATION POLICIES

MEMBER RATE

Attendees MUST hold a current NAFTZ membership in good standing to access the member rate. Registration and full payment must be received prior to the live event.  All fees must be paid to be granted event entrance.

PAYMENT

All early registration attendees must pay by the date of early bird deadline (8/8/24) to receive the discount rate (if not paid by this date the rate increases). All post-early registration rate attendees must pay 2 weeks prior to the event start date (only exception are non-members and those registering on-site who must pay in full at the time of registration). If not paid by this date additional fees may apply.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by NAFTZ by August 14, 2025. Cancellations received by NAFTZ between August 14 & August 22, 2025 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future NAFTZ event.  Cancellations received after August 14, 2025 will be responsible for the full registration fee amount due to the NAFTZ and no future meeting credits will be issued.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

  • Access to all educational activities Sunday through Wednesday
  • Admission to the Exposition Hall
  • Evening celebrations on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

ONSITE MEALS INCLUDES

  • Continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday
  • Afternoon beverages Monday and Tuesday
  • Lunch Monday through Wednesday
  • Reception food provided at the Sunday Welcome Reception and the evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday

FAMILY, FRIENDS AND GUESTS

Invite your family, friends, and guests! A special guest registration is available & in 2023 was priced at $50 for the Sunday and Monday evening reception. The Tuesday night reception in 2023 was priced at $100 per guest. Updated 2025 pricing will be provided closer to event date. Admission to receptions is included in your conference registration fee making those not attending the conference eligible at the guest rate.

HOTEL

Join NAFTZ in downtown Kansas City in the middle of everything Missouri has to offer.  Our NAFTZ discounted room rates are $212/night+tax for single/double occupancy based on availability.  Reference NAFTZ when calling in. A reservation link will be available closer to the event date

Reservations must be booked ASAP and no later than by August 14, 2025, to secure the discounted rate - based on availability. Be sure to reference NAFTZ Annual Conference & Exposition to receive the discount rate and NAFTZ Conference exclusive perks.
