Keeping Your Core Zone Documents Up To Date/ Drafting a Zone Schedule

The Zone Schedule sets the policies and operating procedures for your zone, and the Operator’s Agreement defines the relationship each Grantee has with its Operators. Together, they help set expectations and eliminate ambiguity as your FTZ prospects get ready to make a commitment to joining the program. The flexibility Grantees have with setting up each makes for either important choices, or really long documents that impact the profitability, attractiveness, and success of your zone.
