Founded in 1994 by two international trade attorneys, Charter was created to be the best compliance-focused, full-service customs brokerage firm in the United States. More than 25 years later, Charter has upheld that vision in every aspect of our customs brokerage and duty drawback services. Compliance is never an added service for our clients; it is ingrained in our company culture and operations, to the benefit of our clients.
